3. When scanning is finished, the image of the card is

automatically rotated so it is easily readable.

In this example, the Destination Application is Microsoft Paint,

so the card image appears in the Paint window.

NOTE: Do not use the Card Reader to scan business cards.

They can jam the Reader’s mechanism. Use the Automatic

Document Feeder to scan business cards.

Insert the card into the

scanner lengthwise.

When scanning is finished, the

scanner will automatically rotate the

image so it’s easily readable in the

Destination Application.
